If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with its original packaging.
- The return request has been approved by our customer support team.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
